We have been noticing more brides are planning a wedding with as little as 6 months to go.

It is still possible to get everything you ever wanted for your big day.

Venue

Going to a public park is a great idea, they usually have more availability, just make sure you get the proper permits. You don’t want the city coming and interrupting your ceremony!

Another great option is to ask family and friends that have gorgeous back yards, and doing it there. With the perfect touches and décor any backyard can be transformed to how you want your wedding.

Dress

Any of our dresses can be purchased of the rack! Just ask us for more details when you book your appointment.

A few of our bridal gown companies we work with can get brand new dresses in, in enough time. All depends on size and colour, there may be stock already in their warehouse if it is a popular dress. Also rush orders can be placed, for a fee of course.

Invitations

Sending digital invites is a great idea, as so many people use e-mail now, it is the easiest and fastest way. You still have time to send out mail invites as well, once you secure your wedding venue.

Cake

Having a beautiful and tasty cake is important on your big day. There is many bakers out there, ask around for recommendations from friends and family. When you go visit the baker, be prepared to put a deposit right away in order to secure your wedding date. Another option to go for as well, is cupcakes, macroons or cake pops.

Flowers

Getting the perfect flowers for your big day is also important. Call around to local florists, and ask friends/family for suggestions.

Honeymoon

After working so hard to plan an amazing wedding in 6 months you both deserve a vacation!

There are many destinations to choose from. Visit a travel agent, and they can work with you to get great deals and availability from resorts.

Here at One Love One Dream Bridal Salon and Formal Wear, we love to work with our brides to help make their Dreams Come True.

No matter your time frame or price range, we will work with you!

We can also recommend great local wedding vendors, that can help make your big day a success!
